What was involved in this project?
At this property in Devon, our client required us to carry out minor repairs to their roof.
The works included:
Timber fascia: we replaced all sections of the timber fascia that had gone rotten
Rotten timber replacement: we also replaced all rotten timber underneath the roof tiles, as well as a rotten wall plate
Lead and slate replacement: we protected the newly repaired sections with lead soakers and finished off with decorative slate
